i was shocked at how ordinary this hotel was, with a shower that had water splashing everywhere, absoluteley inconvienent! and the spa didn't do anything to soothe my woes, just a so-so massage. i expected a room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill, but i see that's too much to ask for. what a letdown.

Great spot for exploring!
We had a really nice stay! The staff were super chill and helped us out with tips on where to go. The local eats nearby were awesome, and we had a few cocktails at the bar that were tasty. The only thing was the breakfast could've had a bit more variety. Nice place overall!

Our group had an awesome time! The hotel staff were super attentive and friendly. We loved the cozy deluxe triple room with city views. We enjoyed a couple of days at the nearby ancient town and spent a lot of time at the incredible beaches. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with a ton of delicious options. Highly recommend the hotel!
The lunch we had at the hotel on our first day was not the best meal compared to local restaurants, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us.

Group of friends excellent choice
We stayed for 4 nights and it was a blast. The staff were super friendly, like family, always smiling and ready to help. They gave us a welcome drink on arrival, and every day we got fresh towels in our room. The buffet breakfast was seriously excellent, eggs made to order and plenty of options. Plus, the pool was nice and clean, and the free bikes were a game changer for getting around. Ms. Sue and Ms. Dzung were the standout heroes, always there with tips and recommendations, and they even surprised us with a birthday message for one of the guys!
It wasn't the cheapest option out there, but worth every dong spent.
